During Breathwork we use various breathing techniques to begin and maintain one specific technique for the majority of the session. We breathe with music, lying down on a yoga mat with additional props for maximum comfort. Breathwork is accompanied by live resonance restorative tools like tuning forks, singing bowls, gong and other instruments.

Reiki
Reiki is holistic light touch energy based healing modality that helps to reduce stress, boost relaxation in the body and mind, enhance mood, promote a sense of calm and wellness. It is a safe and gentle touch therapy that helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which calms the body down.

Reiki can enhance and accelerate the bodies innate healing ability. It is typically done by applying the hands in different areas of the body through a series of hand positions. Hand positions can be directly on the body or just above. This is also accompanied by resonance restorative tools like tuning forks, singing bowls, gong and other instruments.
