Across all my practices — astrology, breathwork, sound, movement, and healing — I remain first and foremost a student of life. I believe that growth never ends, and every experience holds wisdom. My mission is to hold space for others as they uncover their unique path toward balance, clarity, and fulfillment.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about life’s patterns and the unseen connections between body, mind, and spirit. Astrology offered me a way to understand these patterns, while holistic practices opened the path to embodying them in everyday life. Together, they became the foundation of my work and my calling.

Every year, on or around your birthday, the Sun returns to the exact same degree and minute of the zodiac as it was at the moment you were born. This marks the beginning of your personal new year. The Sun is your solar expression — the fundamental urge to be you — and it’s the fuel you burn to fulfill your life purpose.
The Solar Return chart is similar to the birth chart, except it’s configured according to your current birthday, displaying a snapshot of the year ahead — and each year is different. We also explore your Profection Year, the house being activated, and the resonating planet.
