Somatic Breathwork & Sound
During Breathwork we use various breathing techniques to begin and maintain one specific technique for the majority of the session. We breathe with music, lying down on a yoga mat with additional props for maximum comfort. Breathwork is accompanied by live crystal singing bowls and various "sound healing" instruments.
