One-on-One, Semi Private, Small Group (3)

  • With in home training all necessary equipment is brought to your home. I've trained in a variety of settings from full home gyms to tiny condo spaces.

  • Sessions are one hour in length, designed specific to your current level of fitness.

  • We check in and communicate between sessions, follow up on weekly goal setting and track progress.  

  • Additional online workouts and nutritional guidance are also available, through my App, at an additional monthly fee.

  • Personal training focuses on meeting your goals with a healthy lifestyle approach. 


  • Online training offers the benefits of personal training, at a lower cost, while also removing the challenges of scheduling sessions with a personal trainer.

  • Your custom nutrition and training plans are available through my App, accessed from anywhere.

  • I schedule all your workouts on your personal profile so you always know what to do and we communicate through the App, as if I am there with you. 

  • Exercises come with video guidance and workouts are designed for home or gym.

  • You check in for your workouts, record your training and track your progress all on the App. This keeps you accountable and motivated.

  • We recap weekly via Skype and plans are adjusted as needed.
